Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition – unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Note for International Anglers: As we ship worldwide (excluding some remote Asian regions), please allow extra time for returns to reach our Cairns warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fishing Gloves (for obvious hygiene reasons)
- Lip Grips & Scales (due to potential damage during initial use)
- Opened Fishing Storage containers or bags
